Sunday Shopping

Hey everyone I just wanted to post my deal breakdown for my Sunday shopping... Here is what I got

This is my CVS haul... I only had one transaction at CVS this week. I was going to get the contact solution but I did not get the coupon for the product in my newspaper. Everything in this transaction was part of the gas deal. I purchased;

4 Dawn with Olay dish washing liquids. They are on sale for .99 and I had a .75 off any dawn plus coupon that bought my OOP for each soap to .24.

1 amp 4 pack for 5

4 Aussie conditioners.. They are on sale for 2/$5.97 and I used 3 dollar off any aussie or herbal essences products bringing my OOP for the 4 conditioners down to 8.94.

2 club crackers they are on sale for 2/5

4 cans of pringles.. They are on sale for 4/5. There was a dollar off coupon that I had but I didn't pull it out before I got to the register so I didn't want to hold up the line pulling it out.

I also purchased a travel pack of cvs brand wipes. The magic coupon gave me a dollar off any wipes so I got these completely free since they are priced at .99.

For purchasing all the above items (minus the wipes) I received a free 10 gas card. Not bad since gas is a necessity in any household.

My total at CVS before coupons and sales was 58.84. I paid 26.97 OOP which is a savings of 31.87 or 54%.

This is my walmart haul. This haul was really on a whim I had a lot of coupons that were about to expire and I wanted to get the items but only if the price was right. I purchased;

1 2inch binder.. This I had no coupon for but my sons teacher sent another school list home and this was something he needed I had to pay full price for this item which was 3.78

1 folder. In her new list she also wanted a heavy folder without prongs so I purchased this mickey mouse folder at .97. Not as bad as the binder.

1 boost kids essentials. This was on roll back for 4.98 and I had a 3 off coupon that I had gotten from the kids pediatrician. So I paid 1.98 OOP for this.

4 degree deodorant trial size. They are priced at .97 and I had a 1 off 2 degree deodorants coupons which made these more like B1G1 free.

2 scote brite sponges. They are priced at .84 and I had a .75 off 2 coupon that was expiring. So my OOP was .93 for both sponges.

1 Oral B floss. They are priced at .97 and I had a .75 off coupon that bought my OOP to .22.

2 crest kids toothpaste kits. These were in the travel section of the store and were made up of a trial size toothpaste, toothbrush and cap. They are .97 and I used a .50 off coupon bringing the price to .47 each.

1 side kick for kids. These are a nutritional drink for kids and I had coupons that were expiring. They are priced at 5.97 and my 2 off coupon bought the price down to 3.97. Not the best price so I "faired" the rest of my coupons.

1 gain dish liquid. I had one last coupon for 1off any gain detergent so I used that to get this completely free.

1 febreze to go spray. They are priced at 1.97 and I used a 1 off coupon for any febreze with gain product bringing my OOP to .97

1 Suave deodorant priced at .97. I used my .50 off any suave coupon bringing this item to .47.

My total at walmart was 29.28 and I paid 17.28 OOP. A total savings of 12 or 41%. This is good for me at walmart so I am happy with it.

Walgreens was not too exciting this week. I am debating if I will go back and get a couple more deals or not. I purchased
T1: Estroven priced at 10. I paid 10.70 and received a 10RR back

T2: 2 newspapers priced at 1.25 each
1 oral b floss 2.50
1 crest toothpaste 2.50
I Colgate 360 toothbrush 3.99
I used: 1 .75 off oral b floss coupon
1 .50 off any crest toothpaste coupon
10RR from the estroven

My OOP was 1.04
I received 3 RR from the crest/oral b and 2 RR from the 360 toothbrush

I had 3 RR coming into the store but completely forgot to use it so at this point I have 8 RR to use. I took my 2 RR from the toothbrush purchase and purchased 2 more newspapers paying .68 OOP.

So all in all it was a good week. My Register Reward that I forgot to use will expire while I am on vacation so I may go back and roll it so it won't expire if I don't make a haul that week. Well  click here to view my you tube video of this haul...
