Snag a free baby lips balm from Maybelline at Target ( priced at $2.99) by printing a $2 off Maybelline lip color Target coupon (under beauty) and having the $1 off any Baby Lips balm coupon (hopefully you guys have been printing your coupons).. If you do not have the manufacturers coupon to stack you can still use the Target coupon to score an OK deal..
